(Special) International Collaborative Workshop VI: International Collaborative Learning Course

This course proposes an In-person (face to face) & COIL-type (Collaborative Online International Learning) and a project-type learning program for students at the University of Tokyo and Caltech (California Institute of Technology). Students will learn some similarities and differences between Japanese and American societies and cultures by using both the students’ native languages and English/Japanese as a foreign language.

In this course, students will be invited to discover some social and/or cultural phenomena to aid their understanding of each country and to do activities that will be helpful for those who are thinking of studying abroad in the future in the USA or another English-speaking country.
